I attended Musgrove Hospital in 2020 as an urgent GP referral and Mr. Subramanian was the Consultant that was on call that day. His calm and reassuring manner filled my husband and me with confidence. He explained the situation clearly with all risks that were involved with the operation that was going to be performed the following day. My post-op care was exemplary throughout my stay. All further follow-up appts have been dealt with in the same way.

Mr Subramanian is the best surgeon anyone could ask for. He listens to what you have to say, explains his reasoning very clearly and makes sure you thoroughly understand your options so you can make an informed decision. I have had 3 spinal surgeries, with Mr Subramanian performing the last two and he is most definitely the best. I can’t speak more highly of him and I am extremely grateful for all his support and kindness.

I had spinal surgery undertaken by ashok, and had and have every confidence in him, I would 100 percent recommend this doctor to anyone, he is an excellent doctor very knowledgeable professional surgeon .Should I need his professional help in the future I would not hesitate to contact him .

After two years of unproductive assessment and physiotherapy at Deane Barton and Musgrove Park I went to see Mr Subramanian who quickly identified the problems with my spine. He proposed a course of action which led to surgery a few months later and I'm now able to resume normal living.
